Description
The Dallas is a 24-light chandelier built on a branching gold metal frame that radiates outward from a central sphere, each arm terminating in an amber glass globe housing a G9 bulb. The molecular-style structure arranges the twenty-four lights at varying distances from the centre, creating depth and multiple light sources across a 65cm diameter spread.
Designed for dining rooms, double-height entrance halls and large open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Dallas provides both ambient and decorative lighting. The adjustable cable allows the minimum drop to be set at 90cm or extended to 146.5cm depending on ceiling height and the desired visual scale. The amber glass diffuses the light from each G9 bulb, softening the output and casting a warm glow across walls and ceilings rather than directing bright downlight.
The gold finish on the metal frame is a warm-toned metallic that reads closer to aged brass than polished gold, pairing well with warm wood tones, terracotta, deep greens and rust-coloured textiles. The amber glass globes vary slightly in tonal depth between individual pieces due to the hand-blown manufacturing process, so each Dallas chandelier shows subtle differences in how the glass catches and transmits light. At 65cm diameter the fitting requires adequate clearance around dining tables and in circulation routes — allow at least 30cm clearance on all sides when positioning above furniture.
The IP20 rating confirms this chandelier is for internal dry-location use only. Each of the twenty-four G9 sockets accepts bulbs up to 28W, giving flexibility to choose LED, halogen or alternative G9 light sources depending on the desired brightness and colour temperature. The Maytoni 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Dallas take?
Each of the twenty-four arms takes a G9 bulb up to 28W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this chandelier with G9 LED bulbs between 3-5W in 2700K-3000K warm white for ambient dining and living room lighting.
What ceiling height is needed?
The minimum drop is 90cm and the maximum is 146.5cm. For installation above a dining table the chandelier typically hangs 75-90cm above the table surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. The 65cm diameter also requires adequate headroom clearance in circulation routes.
Is the chandelier dimmable?
Dimmer compatibility depends on the G9 bulbs installed. LED G9 bulbs marked as dimmable will work with compatible dimmer switches. Non-dimmable G9 bulbs or incompatible dimmers may flicker or fail to dim smoothly.
How much clearance is needed around the chandelier?
At 65cm diameter, the Dallas requires at least 30cm clearance on all sides when positioned above a dining table or in an entrance hall to avoid collision with heads and to allow the branching arms to be seen properly from below.
