The Dallas is an 11-light chandelier built around a gold metal ring frame holding white blown glass globes on adjustable cables. Each of the eleven G9 lamps sits inside a matte white glass dome, arranged in a molecular cluster that spreads across a 67cm diameter. The gold-finished ring and canopy suspend from three thin steel cables adjustable up to 137cm drop.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Dallas provides multi-point ambient light rather than task illumination. The eleven G9 bulbs (sold separately, max 28W each) distribute light evenly across the fitting rather than concentrating it downwards, so the chandelier works best where you need general room light rather than focused work light. The adjustable cable drop allows the fitting to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or 1200-1500mm above a kitchen island depending on the room's ceiling height.

The white glass diffuses each bulb evenly, preventing glare and softening the light output across the room. The gold finish on the metal ring and canopy reads as satin gold rather than high-polish brass, reducing reflections under daylight. The molecular arrangement of the eleven globes gives the fitting visual interest from multiple angles without blocking sightlines across a table or island, making it suitable for positions where people sit or stand facing each other. The IP20 rating restricts the Dallas to dry indoor locations only.

What bulbs does the Dallas take?

The fitting takes eleven G9 capsule bulbs, sold separately, with a maximum wattage of 28W each. Most installations use G9 LED bulbs between 2-5W in warm white (2700K-3000K) for ambient dining and living room light.

Is the Dallas dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs you install. G9 LED bulbs marked as dimmable will work with most trailing-edge dimmers, but always check the bulb specification before pairing with a dimmer circuit.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 137cm maximum drop works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above when the chandelier is positioned 700-900mm above a dining table. Lower ceilings can accommodate the Dallas if the cables are shortened during installation, though this may reduce the visual impact of the molecular arrangement.

Can the cable drop be adjusted after installation?

Yes. The three suspension cables can be shortened or lengthened during fitting by adjusting the cable grips inside the canopy. Once installed and the canopy closed, further adjustment requires partial disassembly of the canopy to access the cable grips again.
