Description

The Cornet B/52 is an outdoor bollard light in the form of a slender, flared cone, topped with a wavy cap over stacked, undulating white layers. Its integrated LED sits within those tiers, so the light escapes softly through the gaps between each wave rather than as a hard beam. It gives a warm 2700K glow with a CRI of 90, which keeps planting, stone and faces looking natural. At 8W and 39 lumens it is a gentle marker light rather than a floodlight. The bollard stands 52cm tall and 25.6cm across at its widest, narrowing to a base 9.2cm in diameter, all in a Stone Grey finish.

Rated IP66, it is protected against dust and powerful jets of water, so it suits open garden positions all year round. We like a few set in a line along a path or drive, at the edge of a terrace or patio, or beside a pool, where the low glow marks the way after dark without lighting the whole garden. Its organic outline sits as comfortably among planted borders and old stone as it does beside crisp modern paving, and one or two near a seating area give a relaxed light for evenings outside. It is TRIAC dimmable, so on a compatible dimmer you can bring it down for a quieter mood.

It is made from polyurethane, 316 stainless steel and aluminium. The design is by Alex Fernández Camps, whose flowing lines give a practical garden fitting real character. It runs on 230V mains power and is wired in by a qualified electrician. Once it is in, the integrated LED means there is no bulb to buy or replace, just a warm, steady glow each evening.
