Description
We stock the Core as a 25W outdoor bollard for garden accent lighting. It puts out 1850 lumens of warm white light at 3000K through a black aluminium housing on a ground spike, with a single LED module set in a tilting head so you can angle the beam onto trees, walls or borders once it is in the ground.
It suits pathways, planting and architectural uplighting, pushing straight into soil, lawn or soft ground on its spike base. The 36 degree beam concentrates the light onto individual features rather than washing a wide area, so it works well for picking out a tree, a shrub or a stretch of facade. The IP65 rating stands up to rain, irrigation and hose spray for year-round use outdoors.
The black powder-coated aluminium resists corrosion and UV, and the tilting head lets you fine-tune the direction after the spike is placed. The 25W output is non-dimmable at a fixed 3000K colour temperature, with a CRI of 80 for reasonable colour rendering on planting and stonework. It runs on DC 24V and needs a compatible external driver, which is sold separately.

Frequently Asked
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. It is rated IP65, so it copes with rain, garden irrigation and hose spray and is built for year-round outdoor use. The black powder-coated aluminium housing resists corrosion and UV.
Does it need a separate power supply?
Yes. It runs on DC 24V and needs a compatible external driver, which is sold separately. We would suggest checking the total load if you are running more than one fitting from the same supply.
Is it dimmable?
No. The 25W LED is non-dimmable and runs at a fixed 3000K warm white colour temperature, giving 1850 lumens with a CRI of 80.
How is it installed in the garden?
It sits on a ground spike that pushes into soil, lawn or soft ground, and the tilting head lets you angle the 36 degree beam onto a tree, wall or border once the spike is in place.
