Description

The Cinto is an 830mm polished chrome LED wall light built around a sculptural frame of curved loops and linear arms, housing an integrated 12W LED strip that emits 960 lumens at 3000K warm white. The polished chrome finish provides a mirror-like surface that reflects surrounding light and amplifies the visual impact of the curved metalwork.

Designed for hallways, stairwells, living rooms and modern lounges where vertical wall space can be used for both ambient light and architectural interest, the Cinto's 830mm height makes it suitable for walls with at least 2.4m ceiling clearance. The fixture mounts on a rectangular backplate (150mm x 160mm) and projects approximately 160mm from the wall, so positioning it on walls adjacent to doorways or circulation routes requires clearance planning to avoid head height clashes.

The looped frame creates shadow play on the wall behind the fitting when lit, adding depth to plain painted surfaces. At 0.9kg the fitting is light enough to mount on plasterboard with appropriate fixings, though solid wall fixings provide better long-term stability. The non-dimmable 12W LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use at 3000K, which produces a warmer, more residential colour temperature than cooler 4000K or 5000K alternatives.

Mantra manufactures the Cinto in Spain and backs it with a 3-year warranty. The integrated LED means there are no bulbs to replace during the typical lifespan of the fitting, though the LED module itself is not user-replaceable if it fails outside the warranty period.

No. The integrated 12W LED operates at full brightness on a standard on/off switch. It cannot be paired with a dimmer switch.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 830mm height works best in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. In lower-ceilinged rooms the top of the fitting may sit too close to the ceiling, reducing the visual balance of the design.

Can the LED be replaced?

The LED module is integrated into the frame and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use, which equates to roughly 10 years at 7 hours per day. Mantra provides a 3-year warranty covering LED failure.

How far does it project from the wall?

The fitting projects approximately 160mm from the wall at its furthest point. Plan positioning carefully on walls adjacent to doorways or circulation routes to avoid head-height clashes.
