The Chimeris is an 88 x 63cm rectangle wall mirror with a matt black outer frame and a gold beaded inner trim running the perimeter of the mirror glass. The frame is moulded plastic resin with a textured matte finish on the black portion and a polished metallic finish on the gold beading, giving a weight of 8kg and a 4cm depth when wall-mounted.

Designed for portrait-orientation wall mounting in hallways, entryways, dressing areas and above console tables, the Chimeris provides full upper-body reflection in typical residential installations. The 88cm height suits wall mounting at standard eye level (approximately 150-165cm to the centre of the mirror) in rooms with 2.4m or higher ceilings. The black and gold colour pairing works with traditional interiors, warm-toned contemporary schemes, and rooms mixing period and modern furniture.

The beaded gold trim sits between the black outer frame and the mirror glass, creating a layered visual effect that adds depth to the frame without increasing the overall projection from the wall. The mirror can physically be hung in landscape orientation if the rear hanging points allow it, but the proportions (88 x 63cm) are designed for portrait use. Check the rear bracket configuration before purchasing if landscape mounting is required.

Is the gold trim real metal?
