Description

The smallest of the three Charida trees, 53cm tall and 29cm across, standing on a tripod of splayed wire feet. The trunk is a single twisted length with branches worked out from it in tiers, each ending in fine twigs. The branches bend and hold where they are put.

Fifty-three centimetres is sideboard or hall table height. At 0.44kg it lifts with one hand and moves to wherever the table is being laid. The branches are bare, so what goes on them is chosen rather than supplied.

The wire is iron under a brass finish. Each branch is bent and twisted by hand, so the spread differs from tree to tree. A 95cm Charida and a 154cm Charida run alongside it. Baubles and lights are not included.
