Description

Our Bubble pendant light is a small round shade in green, made mostly from iron, with a domed cap sitting on top of a soft, rounded body. That doubled outline is what makes it: it looks like one bubble resting on another, and from the side it has no hard edges at all. The shade is 22cm across and 13cm tall, a compact size that suits a single light over a small table or a reading chair rather than a large open room. The composition is 80% iron, 10% PVC and 10% glass, and the glossy finish reflects the room around it.

It hangs on a 250cm blue cable, which gives plenty of length to set the drop where you want it, and the blue against the green is a small contrast that gives the fitting some character. It takes one E14 bulb, not included, up to 25W, or an LED up to 5W or a CFL up to 9W. We like it in a kitchen above a table, and in a quiet reading spot beside an armchair, where its size stays in proportion with a side table and a pile of books. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.
