Description

The Brooklyn Round 180° is an LED pendant light shaped as half a ring. A slim curved bar sweeps through a 180° arc, 195cm in diameter, and hangs from the ceiling on fine suspension wires. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It gives 2965lm of warm 3000K light from 55W, with a CRI of 90, so colours, food and wood look true beneath it. It comes in White, Black or Brushed Brass, so you can choose a finish that sits quietly against a pale ceiling or one that draws the eye.

At 195cm across, this is a pendant for a generous room. We see it over a long dining table, where the open curve frames the space without closing it in. In a living room it works as a single sweeping line over a sofa or seating area. It can hang at a drop of up to 500cm, which makes it a good fit for high ceilings and double-height spaces as well as standard ones. It is rated IP40, so it is for dry rooms indoors.

The canopy at the ceiling is 21.4cm across. The pendant runs on 230V mains and is wired in to the mains by an electrician, so plan for a qualified electrician to install it. It dims by DALI or push. That means it can join a DALI control system or be dimmed from a push switch, so check which suits your home before installation.
