Description

Brinley is a set of four clear glass tumblers, each one 11cm tall and 7.5cm across and holding 350ml. Small dots run in vertical rows around every glass, sparse and fine near the rim, then larger and closer together towards the bottom, so the decoration looks heaviest at the base. The sides narrow very slightly to a thick, rounded base, a shape that sits comfortably in one hand. At 350ml this is a full-size everyday tumbler rather than a small juice glass.

Use them at the table for water with a meal, for juice at breakfast, or for a long drink over ice in the evening; there is room in 350ml for plenty of ice and a mixer. Because there are four matching glasses, the set suits a couple who want spares or a table of four, and clear glass shows off whatever is poured, from lemonade to sparkling water with a slice of lime. Between meals they look good kept out on an open kitchen shelf or a dresser, where the dots catch the light from a window.

The tumblers are made entirely of glass and are dishwasher safe, so after dinner they can go in with the plates and cutlery. They are not microwave safe or oven safe, so keep them away from both.
