Description

The Brillix is an anthracite grey LED wall light with an integrated PIR motion sensor built into a rectangular metal housing. The 9.5W integrated LED delivers 3000K warm white light through a polycarbonate diffuser panel set into the top section of the fitting, casting downward and outward illumination when the sensor detects movement. The sensor lens sits in the lower half of the front face, monitoring a detection zone in front of the wall.

Designed for installation above front doors, garage entrances, rear doors and along garden pathways, the Brillix provides automatic security lighting triggered by approach. The IP54 rating protects the LED module and sensor electronics from dust ingress and water splashes from any direction, making the fitting suitable for wall mounting under eaves or on fully exposed exterior walls. The 100mm height and 164mm projection suit standard residential brickwork with a back box depth of 25mm minimum.

The anthracite grey powder-coated metal housing resists UV degradation and corrosion in coastal or high-humidity environments. The polycarbonate diffuser sits flush with the metal frame, preventing dirt and insect build-up around the lens edge. The PIR sensor typically detects movement within a 120-degree horizontal arc up to 8-10 metres from the wall, with sensitivity and duration adjustable during installation via controls on the rear of the fitting.
