Description

The Brammoor linear pendant in matt black takes the same slim bar and pairs it with smokey mirror glass, so the globes hold a soft tint and the frame recedes into the ceiling line. It measures 900mm long by 300mm wide with a hanging height of 735mm to 1170mm, sized to sit along an island or a dining table. Five G9 LED capsules at 3W each light the globes, and the mirrored tint softens the glow into something warmer and more contained than clear glass gives. It is not a dimmable fitting, so a standard switch is what the circuit needs.

We think smokey glass and matt black suit rooms with a darker, quieter scheme: black or navy cabinetry, exposed brick, walnut and darker stone. Because the tint holds the light back a little, this version reads as mood lighting first and task lighting second, so it pairs well with under cabinet lights over a worktop or with a lamp or two in a dining room. Across a long table it gives an even line of light rather than one bright centre, and the low wattage capsules keep glare down when people are sitting beneath it.

The bar and fittings are metal in a matt black finish, and the five globes are smokey mirrored glass, with suspension height set on installation. The pendant is double insulated and rated IP20 for dry indoor use. Keep it clean by switching off at the wall, letting the capsules cool, then wiping the glass with a soft dry cloth and the black metal with a barely damp one, since sprays and abrasive creams can leave marks on a matt surface. The same Brammoor ceiling light comes in satin brushed gold with gloss white glass if you prefer a lighter finish.
