The Borba duvet cover is woven from a blend of hemp and organic cotton and carries a soft espresso stripe. The double measures 200 x 200cm and weighs 2.5kg. Hemp gives the weave a buttery handle, and the fabric relaxes and softens over time rather than staying crisp.

This is the double of three sizes, with a king and a super king made above it. Espresso works as a gentle neutral in a bedroom rather than as a colour of its own, which is what the stripe is there to do, and it takes a painted headboard or a bare wall equally. Housewife pillowcases are made in the same hemp and cotton and in the same espresso, sold in pairs, so a bed can be built up from the range alone.

The weave is hemp and organic cotton. Hemp grows without chemicals and is biodegradable, and organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or genetically modified seed, which is what the blend is chosen for. The cover arrives in a fabric bag, and the bag is worth keeping, either for storing the cover out of season or as a garment bag.
