Description
The Bora is a 150mm circular outdoor wall light with an anthracite-finished metal backplate and a frosted white polycarbonate diffuser, housing an integrated 9.6W LED that produces 720 lumens at 3000K. The diffuser creates a halo effect around the perimeter of the fitting, casting warm white light across the wall surface and outward into the space with a 348° beam angle.
Designed for residential and commercial exterior applications, the Bora suits house entrance walls, courtyard perimeters, garden paths, and building facades where you need accent or wayfinding light rather than floodlit brightness. The 50mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting low-profile, making it suitable for narrow passages, garage doors, and side walls where deeper fittings would obstruct movement. The IP54 rating protects against dust ingress and water splashes from all directions, allowing installation in sheltered and semi-exposed positions.
The anthracite powder-coated metal finish provides a dark neutral tone that pairs with contemporary brick, render, timber cladding, and painted masonry in greys, whites, and blacks. The frosted diffuser softens the LED point source into an even glow and eliminates glare when viewed from below or from the side. At 0.62kg the fitting is light enough for secure mounting to standard external wall construction without needing additional reinforcement.

Frequently Asked
Is the Bora suitable for use in bathrooms or fully exposed positions?
The IP54 rating protects against dust and water splashes but not continuous spray or submersion. The Bora is suitable for sheltered outdoor positions and bathroom zones 2 and 3, but not for use directly under showerheads or in fully unsheltered positions where rain drives horizontally against the fitting.
Can the LED be replaced if it fails?
The LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The LED module is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use, which translates to around 11 years at 6 hours per night. The fitting carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty.
What's the light output like — is it bright enough for security lighting?
At 720 lumens the Bora provides accent and wayfinding light rather than security-grade floodlighting. It's bright enough to illuminate a doorway, path edge, or building feature, but not to light a full driveway or large garden area.
Does the halo glow appear on both sides of the fitting?
The halo glow appears around the perimeter of the frosted diffuser on the front face of the fitting. The backplate is solid anthracite metal, so no light escapes from the rear. The 348° beam angle means light spreads outward and across the wall surface but not backwards.
