The Bora is suitable for sheltered outdoor positions and bathroom zones 2 and 3, but not for use directly under showerheads or in fully unsheltered positions where rain drives horizontally against the fitting.

Can the LED be replaced if it fails?

The LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The LED module is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use, which translates to around 11 years at 6 hours per night. The fitting carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

What's the light output like — is it bright enough for security lighting?

At 720 lumens the Bora provides accent and wayfinding light rather than security-grade floodlighting. It's bright enough to illuminate a doorway, path edge, or building feature, but not to light a full driveway or large garden area.

Does the halo glow appear on both sides of the fitting?
