This Blink wall light is a simple disc of honey-coloured blown glass set within a ringed rim. It is made from iron and blown glass. Its modern, compact form sits neatly on the wall, 13.2cm across and standing 8.2cm out from the wall. The honey finish gives the glass face a warm amber-brown tone. It takes one GX53 lamp, so you can choose a GX53 lamp whose colour of light suits the room. It runs on a 220-240V mains supply.

Because it stands only 8.2cm proud of the wall, it suits places where people pass close by: a hallway, a landing, a narrow corridor or a bedroom wall. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. A pair either side of a bed or a dressing table makes good sense. A row along a long hallway gives an even run of small, warm discs of colour. It works on a simple on-off switch rather than a dimmer. That makes it best where you want the light plainly on or off, such as a landing you light every evening.
