This round glass wall light from our Blink range is made of iron and blown glass in a graphite finish. Its face is a plain disc framed by stepped rings at the edge, a clean, modern shape that sits close to the wall without fuss. It measures 13.2cm across and projects 8.2cm, so it stays neat on a narrow wall and will not crowd a passage or a stair landing. It takes one GX53 lamp and runs on 220 to 240 volts, and a single light like this is best used for mood and for marking a route rather than as a room's main light.

Rated IP20, it is for dry rooms only, which leaves plenty of good places for it. We like a pair either side of a bed, a run along a hallway or one at the top of the stairs, where the shallow projection keeps it clear of passing shoulders. In a living room or a study it adds an extra point of light to a quiet corner, and on a long dining room wall a row of them sets an easy rhythm. The graphite tone suits modern interiors and sits well against pale plaster, warm white or deep painted walls.
