The Blink disc wall light is a compact, modern fitting: a round disc of frosted blown glass set in a stepped rim, sitting close to the wall. It measures 13.2cm across and stands 8.2cm out from the wall, so it takes up very little room. The Frost finish gives the glass a soft, milky surface that spreads the light across its face rather than throwing a hard point of glare. It takes one GX53 lamp. It is a quiet, simple design that lets the glow do the work.

Because it sits so close to the wall, it suits places where a deeper fitting would get in the way: a narrow hallway, a landing, a stairway wall or either side of a bed. Set in a row along a corridor, a few of them give a calm, even line of light at a steady height. In a living room or study it works well as low background light alongside a ceiling pendant or a table lamp. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. It runs on 220-240V mains and is for a qualified electrician to install.
