Description

Our Bisel wall light is a slim cylinder of fluted clear glass held in a curved iron sleeve finished in copper. The sleeve wraps around the lower part of the tube and is cut away at the front in two gentle curves, so the glass rises clear above it and a narrow line of it shows through the front. The sleeve sits on a round wall plate in the same copper finish. It is a single light with one G9 lamp holder, and we recommend a G9 LED lamp. It is 21cm tall and stands 9.5cm out from the wall, with a glass shade 6.4cm across, a compact size that keeps it neat on a narrow stretch of wall.

With its upright cylindrical form and modern lines, it suits hallways, landings and corridors, where a pair or a run of them lights the way at a steady rhythm. It works just as well beside a bed, one either side of a headboard, or flanking a fireplace or a doorway in a living room or study. It runs on 220-240V and is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. As a mains fitting, it is for a qualified electrician to install.

The metalwork is iron and the shade is glass.
