Description

The Bisel is a slim cylinder pendant light that pairs a copper finish with glass. An iron shade in a warm copper finish wraps most of the cylinder, cut away at the front in a narrow slot that opens into a curved arch, and beneath it sits a ribbed glass section that lets the light through softly. It takes one G9 lamp holder, and we recommend a G9 LED lamp. It comes in two sizes, Small and Medium. The Small has a shade 16cm tall and 6.4cm across; the Medium has a shade 21cm tall and the same 6.4cm across. Small and Medium alike hang from an 8cm canopy on a 1.5m textile cable.

With a 6.4cm shade in either size, the Bisel suits places where a wide pendant would crowd the space. The Small works well hung either side of a bed in place of table lamps, or in a row over a bar counter or breakfast bar. The Medium carries a little more presence over a dining table, a desk or a hallway, and both sizes can be grouped at staggered heights for a cluster over a long table. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. Its modern lines sit comfortably in contemporary and industrial schemes, where the copper picks up warm wood and dark paint.
