Description

This white polycarbonate bezel is a clip-on replacement trim designed for the Tenax One Round Bulkhead casing. The bezel measures 290mm in diameter with a 66mm projection from the mounting surface, providing the outer diffuser ring that completes the bulkhead assembly.

Used to replace damaged bezels on existing Tenax installations or to coordinate finish colour across multiple fittings, the clip-on design allows the bezel to be removed and refitted without disturbing the wiring or back box. The white finish pairs with white bulkhead casings on render, UPVC cladding, and painted brick surfaces where a neutral tone is needed.

The polycarbonate construction provides impact resistance and UV stability for outdoor installations, maintaining colour and mechanical integrity in direct sun exposure and coastal environments. The bezel carries a 5-year guarantee and is compatible only with the Tenax One Round Bulkhead casing (sold separately).

Is this compatible with other bulkhead brands?

No. This bezel is designed specifically for the Tenax One Round Bulkhead casing and will not fit other bulkhead systems due to differences in mounting diameter and clip geometry.

Can the bezel be fitted to an existing bulkhead without removing the casing?

Yes. The clip-on design allows the bezel to be removed and replaced without disturbing the wiring or back box. The bulkhead lamp should be switched off during replacement to avoid contact with live terminals inside the casing.

Is the bezel suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. The polycarbonate construction provides UV stability and impact resistance for exterior installations. The bezel itself does not carry an IP rating — weatherproofing depends on the complete bulkhead assembly with the casing and gasket properly fitted.
