Description

Our Barna LED pendant light is a single dome pendant in matt white, with an aluminium structure hung on a textile cable. The shade widens from a slim neck into a rounded dome, with a fine ridge running around its shoulder, and it is open underneath. It comes in two sizes: the Small is 28cm across and the Large is 45cm across, and both hang from a 14cm ceiling canopy. The light source is integrated LED, so there is no bulb to fit or replace. It is rated at 18W and gives 1040 lumens of warm white 3000K light, with a CRI of 90 or more and a 120° beam angle for a broad spread of light.

The Small suits a hallway, a landing or a bedroom, and a row of them works well over a long dining table or a desk. The Large has the presence to hang alone over a round dining table or in the middle of a living room. A CRI of 90 or more means wood, fabrics and food look true to colour beneath it, and the 3000K tone keeps evenings relaxed. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. It works on a standard on-off switch and is not dimmable, so it is not one to put on a dimmer. Its clean, rounded lines sit naturally in modern and Scandinavian rooms.

The structure is aluminium, finished in matt white, and the fitting hangs on a 1.5m textile cable. It runs on 220-240V mains, so it is for a qualified electrician to install, and it carries a 5 year guarantee.
