Atsu Small Hanging Planter - Antique Brass

The Atsu is a brass hanging planter, 9cm tall and 11cm across, holding 500ml. The pot is a rounded bowl, widest just under a short straight collar at the top and curving in to a small flat base. The brass is a warm gold and the surface is lightly hammered all over, so it holds the light in small facets rather than throwing it back flat. Three leather ties are looped on at the collar, gathered into a knot above the pot and knotted again at the top.

500ml is a small pot, so this takes one plant rather than a planting: a trailing ivy, a small fern, a succulent. Use only plants that need a light water or spray. It hangs at a window, off a shelf bracket or in the corner of a room, and the ties drop far enough that the pot sits well below whatever it is fixed to. The large Atsu is 12.5cm tall and 14cm across and holds 1700ml.
