Description

These champagne glasses take the coupe shape: a wide, shallow round bowl on a slender stem and a flat foot, made in clear glass and sold as a set of six. We like how the fine vertical ribbing runs around each bowl and catches the light as the glass turns in the hand. Each glass is 11cm across and 15.5cm tall and holds 250ml, so this is a generous coupe rather than a dainty one, with room for a proper pour of champagne or a chilled cocktail.

With six glasses, the set covers a birthday toast, an anniversary dinner or New Year's Eve without any mixing and matching. The open bowl suits champagne, prosecco and other sparkling wines, and it is the traditional glass for cocktails served without ice, such as a daiquiri or a gimlet.
