The Artivis is an 88 x 63cm rectangle wall mirror built around a bronze lacquered plastic frame with a 4cm projection from the wall. The frame has a warm metallic finish that mimics the appearance of bronzed metal, providing a cost-effective alternative to solid metal frames while maintaining a similar visual effect. The mirror glass is set behind a bevelled inner edge that defines the transition between frame and reflective surface.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms and living rooms where a mid-sized wall mirror is needed without the weight or cost of a solid wood or metal frame, the Artivis weighs 10kg and mounts on two D-ring fixings concealed behind the frame. The 88 x 63cm orientation works equally well hung portrait or landscape, allowing flexibility in positioning above consoles, mantels or between furniture pieces. What wall fixings are needed?

At 10kg the mirror requires two wall plugs and screws rated for at least 6-8kg each, positioned to match the D-ring spacing. On plasterboard walls, use cavity fixings or locate the studs. Fixings are not included.

Is the frame metal or plastic?

The frame is plastic with a bronze lacquer finish that mimics the appearance of metal. This keeps the weight to 10kg rather than the 15-20kg a comparable solid metal frame would add.

How is the mirror cleaned?

Wipe the glass with a standard glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth. For the frame, use a barely-damp cloth to remove dust — avoid solvent-based cleaners that may damage the lacquer finish.
