Description

The Arian is a 5 light bar pendant with five bronze-toned glass shades suspended from a 105cm linear chrome rail. Each shade houses internal crystal bead stripes that refract and multiply light from the G9 bulb, creating a shimmering effect when lit. The rail mounts flush to the ceiling and the five cables drop individually, allowing slight adjustment during installation to level the shades.

Designed for installation above dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance console tables, the 105cm length suits table surfaces 140-180cm long. The maximum drop of 130cm and minimum drop of 30cm accommodate ceiling heights from 2.4m to 3.2m, with the individual cables adjusted during installation to set the shades at the desired height. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations only.

The bronze finish on the glass gives a warm metallic tone that shifts between brown and amber depending on the ambient light and whether the bulbs are on or off. The chrome rail and cable fittings provide a cooler accent that pairs with both warm-toned and grey interiors. Each shade measures 13cm wide and 18cm high, housing a single G9 bulb rated up to 10W (bulbs sold separately). The combined weight of 3.52kg requires secure fixing to ceiling joists or solid masonry, and the fitting is supplied with gravity toggles for hollow ceiling installation.

What bulb does the Arian take?

Each of the five shades takes one G9 capsule bulb rated up to 10W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with G9 LED capsules at 2700K-3000K for warm ambient lighting over a dining table or island.

What table length does it suit?

The 105cm rail length suits tables between 140-180cm long. For shorter tables the five shades may appear too widely spaced; for longer tables consider two fittings or a longer bar pendant model.

Is the drop adjustable?

Yes. The five cables can be adjusted individually during installation between 30cm and 130cm from the ceiling, allowing the pendant to be set at the correct height above the table surface and levelled if the ceiling is not perfectly flat.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating restricts the Arian to dry indoor locations only. It is not rated for bathroom zones where moisture or steam is present.
