The Arcena is a 600mm circular LED pendant light built around a single continuous ring of matt black aluminium with an integrated LED strip along the inner edge. The LED casts warm 3000K light both downward and upward, illuminating surfaces below while providing indirect wash light to the ceiling. The ring itself is 45mm deep and hangs on three thin steel cables from a matching black canopy.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Arcena provides functional and ambient lighting without requiring separate bulbs. The 600mm diameter suits tables seating four to six people or kitchen islands up to 2m long. What height should the pendant hang above a dining table?

For a typical dining table the Arcena sits 700-800mm above the table surface, which allows adequate headroom for seated diners while keeping the light within an effective range. The suspension cables are adjustable on installation to suit different ceiling heights.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the Arcena is designed for dry indoor locations only and does not carry the IP44 or IP65 rating required for bathroom zones where moisture or splashing can occur.

What colour is the light output?

The integrated LED produces warm white light at 3000K, which appears as a soft neutral white with a slight warm bias. This colour temperature is commonly used in residential dining areas and living rooms where a cosy atmosphere is preferred over the cooler, clinical tones of 4000K or 5000K LEDs.
