Description

The App is a slim LED wall light made from a single curved plate of aluminium, 20cm tall and 12cm across. It sits flat against the wall at its base, then bends forward in one smooth curve, so it looks clean and simple whether it is lit or not. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 18W and gives 1431 lumens, with a CRI of 90, which means colours, fabrics and skin tones look natural under it. We offer it in White, Brushed Brass or Brushed Titanium, and in a 2700K or 3000K version: 2700K is the warmer of the two, while 3000K is a touch crisper.

Being compact, it suits a living room, a dining room or a bedroom. A pair either side of a bed, a fireplace or a sideboard gives a calm, balanced look, and several in a row along a long wall work just as well. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only. It is not dimmable, so think of it as a light you switch on and off rather than one you turn down; it gives its full output every time.

The App is powered from the mains at 230V and is wired in by a qualified electrician, which keeps the wall free of cables. Its aluminium body comes finished in White, Brushed Brass or Brushed Titanium, and its plain, unfussy outline sits as comfortably on smooth plaster as on a panelled wall. When you order, choose the finish to sit with your door handles, switches or frames, and the colour temperature to match the other lights already in the room, so everything glows in the same tone.
