Description

The Aperta EZT3KCB is a complete single-door access control system built around an IP65-rated proximity keypad, a 250kg holding force magnetic lock, a contactless exit button and a green emergency door release callpoint. The kit includes ten RFID proximity tags, a boxed power supply and all necessary mounting brackets for indoor installation. The keypad accepts entry via PIN code or proximity tag, triggering the magnetic lock to release when valid credentials are presented.

Designed for internal doors in offices, commercial premises, server rooms and residential access control applications, the system provides controlled entry without requiring mechanical keys. The contactless exit button mounts on the secure side of the door, releasing the magnetic lock when approached within 10-20mm without requiring physical contact. The green emergency callpoint provides manual override and is typically mounted alongside the exit button to meet fire safety egress requirements in commercial installations.

The IP65-rated keypad withstands dust and water ingress, making it suitable for internal areas with occasional cleaning spray exposure or high humidity. The 250kg magnetic lock provides sufficient holding force for most single-door installations and includes an LED status indicator and contact output for integration with alarm systems. The Z and L mounting brackets included with the lock accommodate different door frame configurations. The boxed power supply consolidates mains-to-12V conversion in a single enclosure, simplifying cable runs during installation.

All components in the kit are manufactured by Aperta under the ESP product line and are designed to integrate without additional adapters or configuration. The system supports up to 1,000 user codes and 500 RFID tags when fully programmed, though the kit ships with ten tags as standard.
