This is a round glass bowl with a marbled swirl of green running through it, finished at the rim with a deeper band of green. It measures 21.5cm across and 7.5cm tall and holds 1800ml, which makes it a serving bowl rather than one for a single portion: wide enough for a salad for the table, deep enough for pasta or a heap of fruit. The swirl gathers towards the centre of the base, so looking down into the bowl you see the pattern turn, while from the side the low, rounded wall shows the green drifting in long bands.
