Description

A set of four bar tools, each built on a plain cylindrical handle turned from brown marble and capped top and bottom with a machined collar. The four heads are a bottle opener with an open ring, a double ended jigger carrying a larger cone at one end and a smaller one at the other, a muddler whose flat face is cut into a grid, and a spoon with a deep oval bowl. Every head is finished in a warm satin gold.

The four lie flat rather than standing, so a tray on a sideboard, a drinks trolley or a shallow drawer beside the glasses will all hold them. The jigger sits on a narrow stem that holds both cones clear of the handle, so either end can be filled without tipping the other. The gridded face of the muddler is the side that works against the bottom of a glass. The bowl of the spoon is deep and rounded rather than flat.

The handles are marble, sourced in Rajasthan and shaped and polished by hand, so the tan and cream ground and the dark red veining run differently through every handle and no two sets are alike. The heads are stainless steel. The set is food safe and is sold as four pieces.
