Description

The ALER Mini W is a compact passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor that switches connected lighting on when it detects movement nearby. It runs on a 220-240V AC supply and measures just 80 × 80 × 67 mm, with a white plastic housing that sits neatly on a wall or ceiling. As a standalone PIR control unit, it lets you automate luminaires that would otherwise need a manual switch, which is useful for hallways, porches, garages and entrances.

Rated IP44, it tolerates splashes and is suited to sheltered locations rather than fully exposed, water-jet positions. The white finish keeps it discreet against most surfaces, and the small footprint makes it easy to position close to a doorway or along a walked route.
