The Aberdeen 3 Light Chandelier brings together layered metalwork and rippled glass for a fitting with real character. Three arms spread wide beneath a distressed grey wood effect and old bronze frame, each holding a shade of thick, clear water glass that catches the light like ripples on a pond. Switched on or off, it reads as a considered piece rather than a plain overhead light. The wide spread and generous drop suit rooms with height to spare.

This chandelier works well over a dining table, in an open hallway, or in a sitting room where you want a central point of interest. The adjustable drop lets you set the height to match the space, from a shorter hang in a room with lower ceilings to a longer fall in a stairwell or a room with plenty of head height. Rods are supplied in two lengths so you can build the drop that suits you. It is rated for interior use only.

The frame is made from steel finished in distressed grey wood effect and old bronze, with clear water glass shades that carry the natural, watery texture. It takes three E27 bulbs up to 60W each, which are not included, so you can choose the look you prefer. The colour temperature depends on the bulb you fit, from a warm glow to a cooler, brighter light, and the fitting is compatible with dimmable bulbs if you want to soften the room. Wipe the metal and glass with a soft, dry cloth to keep them clear of dust, and switch off at the wall before cleaning. It is Class I and runs on mains voltage, and comes with a two year guarantee.
