Description

The Knightsbridge NETBR2G is a 50mm x 50mm brush cable entry module designed for euro-module faceplates, allowing HDMI cables, aerial leads and power cables to pass through the wall behind wall-mounted TVs, projectors and AV equipment. The black ABS frame houses a dense brush insert that closes around cables to conceal the wall aperture while allowing cables to move through as equipment is repositioned.

Designed for residential AV installations and commercial meeting rooms, the module fits standard euro-module grid faceplates and allows a clean exit point for cables running from equipment to wall-mounted displays. The curved Knightsbridge design gives a rounded edge profile that sits flush against the faceplate frame. The brush density is sufficient to conceal the wall cavity behind while remaining flexible enough to accommodate multiple cable diameters from thin aerial coax to thicker HDMI and power cables.

The module is rated IP20 for internal dry-location use only and must not be installed in the same faceplate as powered modules or in the same wall channel as mains sockets due to the risk of accessible live voltage through the brush aperture. The black ABS construction matches standard black euro-module grids and socket inserts, giving a consistent finish across multi-module installations.

Can this be used in the same faceplate as mains sockets?

No. The brush aperture allows access to the wall cavity, which could expose live voltage if the module shares a channel or faceplate with powered sockets. Install this module in a separate faceplate or channel from any mains wiring.

What cables will fit through the brush?

The brush accommodates most domestic AV cables including HDMI leads, aerial coax, ethernet patch cables and USB leads. Multiple cables can pass through the same module, with the brush closing around them to conceal the wall aperture.

Does it fit all euro-module faceplates?

Yes. The 50mm x 50mm dimensions are standard euro-module sizing, so the brush module fits Knightsbridge and most third-party euro-module grid plates.

Is the brush removable for redecorating?

The brush insert is part of the moulded module assembly and is not designed to be removed separately. The entire module can be unclipped from the grid faceplate for painting around the installation, then re-clipped once decorating is complete.
