Description

The Knightsbridge 45A DP switch is a single-gang double-pole cooker control in a polished chrome flat plate, rated for circuits up to 45A at 230V (10.35kW). The built-in neon indicator glows red when the switch is in the on position, confirming power is live to the appliance. Double-pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines, providing safe isolation for maintenance or cleaning of electric cookers, hobs and ovens.

Designed for residential kitchens and commercial catering installations, the switch fits a 47mm minimum back box depth and occupies a standard 86mm x 86mm single-gang footprint. The ultra-low 2.5mm projection from the wall gives a near-flush appearance once fitted, and a built-in gasket behind the plate helps seal against dust ingress. The polished chrome finish coordinates with other Knightsbridge Flat Plate accessories in the same series.

The premium-grade steel construction carries a 25-year warranty and an IP20 rating for dry indoor installation.
