Description

This 432 Ways Street track spotlight is a neat black cylinder, 6cm across and 11cm tall, made to fit the 432 Ways Street 48V track. Inside is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 6.7W and gives 773 lumens through a 29° beam, a focused pool of light for picking out a kitchen island, a picture or a run of shelves. With a CRI of 90, food, fabrics and paintwork look true to colour beneath it. It comes in two colour temperatures, 2700K for a warm, cosy white or 3000K for a slightly fresher warm white, so you can choose the one that suits the room.

In a kitchen it works well on a run of track above an island or a dining table, where you can set the light just where it is needed along the track. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only, away from anywhere it could be splashed. It does not work on its own: it needs three things, each sold separately. The 432 Ways Street 48V track it fits holds the spotlight and carries its power. A 432 Ways Street 48V power supply for the track feeds that track. A remote 48V DC driver turns the mains supply into the 48V DC the spotlight runs on.

The black finish gives a crisp, simple shape that sits quietly against the ceiling and track. The spotlight is dimmable on DALI, so you can pair it with a compatible DALI control to set the mood, from bright task light to a soft evening glow. Power comes from the mains, wired in by a qualified electrician through the 48V DC driver, and the spotlight itself runs at 48V DC. Choose 2700K or 3000K when you order; the track, its power supply and the driver are for a qualified electrician to install. The track in our photographs is not included.
