Description

The Knightsbridge TRIBCTBC is a 2W LED triangular under cabinet light with a brushed chrome pressed steel body and a clear polycarbonate diffuser. The integrated SMD LED delivers 140lm at 4000K, and the colour temperature is switchable between 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white and 5000K cool white via a discrete switch on the fitting.

Designed for kitchen worktop task lighting, shelf lighting and under-cabinet installations, the triangular profile allows the fitting to sit flush into corner positions where conventional rectangular under-cabinet lights would leave visible gaps. The 128mm x 128mm triangular footprint gives directed light across a 115-degree beam angle, covering approximately 600-800mm of worktop width when mounted 400-500mm above the surface. The fitting operates on 230V mains without requiring a separate LED driver, simplifying installation in new-build and retrofit kitchen projects.

The brushed chrome finish coordinates with contemporary kitchen hardware including cabinet handles, tap finishes and appliance panels. The pressed steel construction and IP20 rating make the fitting suitable for dry indoor locations only — it is not rated for bathroom zones or outdoor use. The 1.2m cable allows the fitting to be daisy-chained with other units in the same range or connected directly to a wall switch or under-cabinet mains supply. The Class II double-insulated construction means no earth connection is required during installation.

How do you change the colour temperature?

A switch on the fitting body allows you to select between 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white and 5000K cool white. The setting persists once the power is cycled, so you only need to adjust it once during installation.

Can multiple fittings be linked together?

Yes. The 1.2m cable allows the fitting to be daisy-chained with other units in the same Knightsbridge under-cabinet range or connected directly to a mains supply. Total load on a single circuit should not exceed the circuit breaker rating.

Is this dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is not compatible with dimmer switches. If dimming is required, consider a separate dimmable under-cabinet range.

What mounting options are available?

The fitting is designed for surface mounting beneath kitchen cabinets or shelves using the fixing points on the base plate. The triangular profile suits corner installations where conventional rectangular fittings would leave gaps.
