Description

The Knightsbridge 20A flex outlet plate provides a fixed connection point for hardwired appliances such as wall-mounted boilers, water heaters, extractor fans and air conditioning units. A single 20mm aperture in the centre of the plate accepts cables up to 10mm in diameter, with an internal strain-relief clamp securing the cable against accidental pulling or tension.

Designed for residential and commercial installation where appliances are permanently wired rather than plugged into a socket, the plate sits flush to the wall surface with a polished chrome finish and rounded edge profile. The 85.75mm square faceplate fits a standard 25mm minimum back box depth and uses two visible fixing screws. The 20A rating handles continuous loads up to 4,600W at 230V.

The plate includes twin earth terminals and can accommodate terminal capacities of three 2.5mm² conductors or two 4.0mm² conductors. The polished chrome finish is applied to a 304 stainless steel plate, providing corrosion resistance and a mirror-bright surface that pairs with both contemporary and classical interiors.
