Description

The Knightsbridge 20A 1-gang double pole switch combines a neon indicator and flex outlet behind a polished chrome rounded-edge faceplate with a matching metal rocker. The double pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when the switch is off, providing additional safety for high-draw fixed appliances like water heaters, immersion heaters, and storage heaters. The red neon indicator glows when the circuit is energized, giving clear visual confirmation of operational status.

Designed for permanent appliance installation, the flex outlet below the switch allows the appliance cable to exit the faceplate cleanly rather than looping behind or beside the switch. The 20A rating handles continuous loads up to 4,600W at 230V, making this switch suitable for the majority of domestic water heating and fixed heating appliances. The switch requires a 25mm minimum back box depth and fits standard single-gang mounting positions.

The polished chrome finish is lacquered to resist tarnishing and provides a bright metallic accent that pairs well with chrome taps, radiator valves, and other bathroom or kitchen metalwork.
