The Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang SP switched socket adds one USB-A and one USB-C charging port behind a brushed chrome screwless faceplate with a grey insert and matching metal rockers. The single-pole switching isolates the live line when the socket is switched off, providing standard residential switching for everyday appliance loads.

Designed for residential, hospitality and office installation, the socket fits a standard 25-35mm back box depth depending on wiring conditions and uses a screwless cover plate that clips onto a separate metal sub-frame. This means there are no visible screws or fixings on the wall once installed, giving a cleaner finish than traditional screw-fixed plates. The 13A rating handles standard UK appliance loads up to 3,120W per outlet. The dual USB ports share a 5V DC 4.0A output, suitable for charging smartphones, tablets and other USB-powered devices simultaneously.

The brushed chrome finish provides a cool metallic accent that pairs well with contemporary, industrial and minimalist interiors. The grey insert behind the chrome faceplate hides the back of the cover plate and gives a defined edge to each outlet aperture. The screwless design includes a built-in gasket for a flush finish against the wall, minimising gaps and dust ingress around the plate edge.
