Description

The Knightsbridge 10AX 1-gang DP switch features a brushed chrome faceplate with rounded edges and a matching metal rocker, built from 304 stainless steel. The double pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when switched off, making it suitable for high-draw circuits such as bathroom extractor fans, towel radiators, and dual-circuit lighting control where full isolation is preferred.

Designed for residential and light commercial installation, the switch fits a 16mm minimum back box depth and includes a built-in gasket around the plate perimeter that sits flush against the wall surface. The 10AX rating handles loads up to 2,300W on 230V, exceeding the capacity of standard 6A lighting switches and providing headroom for appliances, fans and multi-bulb circuits.
