The Venexia is an outdoor pendant light with a low, round head 22cm across and 11cm tall: a flat brushed brass disc resting on a clear glass disc, with a slim cylinder in the same finish rising from its centre to meet the suspension cable. Light comes from an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 8W and gives 594 lumens of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 80. It is not dimmable, so it runs at that full output whenever it is switched on.

Rated IP65, it is made for outdoor use, so it can hang over a garden dining table, in a porch or along a terrace as happily as it hangs indoors. Inside, it suits a dining room, where two or three in a row light a long table, or a living room, hung low beside a favourite chair for a warm pool of light. The drop reaches up to 300cm, which gives room to set the height for a tall ceiling or bring it down close to a table. At 22cm across, the head stays compact, so a group of them never crowds a space.

The brushed brass finish has a soft, even glow that sits well against the clear glass beneath it, and the round canopy is 10.4cm across and just 3.7cm tall, so it keeps a low profile overhead. It is a Class II fitting for 230V mains and is wired in by a qualified electrician, whether it hangs indoors or outside.
