Description

Venexia is an outdoor floor lamp that stands 95cm tall: a slim round post in Micaceous Grey rising from a round base plate to a clear disc head 22cm across. The light comes from an integrated LED of 8W giving 594 lumens at 2700K, a warm white that sits comfortably beside brick, stone and planting, with a CRI of 80. Because the LED is built in, there is no bulb to buy or change. It is not dimmable, so it gives the same steady glow every evening it is on.

Rated IP65, Venexia is made for outdoor use. We would stand it along a garden path, at the edge of a patio or terrace, beside steps or near a front door, anywhere a low, warm light helps you find your way after dark. At 95cm it sits well below eye level, so it lights the ground and the planting around it in a gentle way rather than the whole garden. A pair either side of a gate or a row along a drive works well. It is equally at home indoors, in a living room, where the slim post and clear head bring a calm, architectural line beside a sofa or in a corner by a window.

The post and base plate are finished in Micaceous Grey, a dark grey that sits quietly against foliage, paving and painted walls alike. It runs on mains power at 230V and is a Class II fitting. The light is a single fixed warm white at 2700K, so a set of Venexia lamps placed around a garden all match one another. As a practical note, allow for the 22cm head when you choose its spot: on a narrow path, set it back slightly into the border so it does not catch passing legs or bags.
