Description

The Street Spot is a slim linear LED track spotlight in black. It is 30cm long with a section of 1cm by 0.7cm, so it sits neatly within its track as a fine dark line. A row of small round openings along its face carries the light. The LED is integrated, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 4.9W and gives 318 lumens through a 34° beam, with a CRI of 90 for true colours on food, fabric and finishes. It comes in 2700K or 3000K: choose the 2700K version for a warmer light, or the 3000K version for a slightly crisper white.

It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors. In a kitchen it works well above a worktop or along an island, giving a clean line of light where you prepare food, away from the sink and hob. It is part of a 48V track system and does not work on its own. You need the Street Spot 48V track it fits, sold separately, which holds the spotlight and carries power along its length. You also need a Street Spot 48V power supply for the track, sold separately, which feeds that track. And you need a remote 48V DC driver, sold separately and not included, which supplies the 48V DC the system runs on.

Its body is finished in black, a quiet colour that lets the line of light do the work. It runs on mains power through its track, at 48V DC, and is a Class III fitting. It is dimmable with DALI, so it dims through a DALI lighting control rather than a standard wall dimmer. As a system fitting, it is for a qualified electrician to install. When you order, pick the 2700K or the 3000K version, and plan the track, power supply and driver alongside it so the whole run is ready to go. The track in our photographs is not included.
