Description

The Roos LED wall light sets two cylinders of sandblasted acrylic either side of a round matt black disc, joined by a slim central collar. It is an integrated LED fitting, so there is no bulb to fit or change. Its 12W of LED gives 700 lumens, and with a 360° beam angle the light spreads all the way round each cylinder, washing the wall with a soft, even glow. We offer it in two colour temperatures, 2700K or 3000K, so you can choose a warmer white or a slightly fresher one, and a CRI of 90 or more keeps colours looking natural. It measures 52cm tall and 12cm wide, and stands just 7.5cm out from the wall.

Rated IP20, it is for dry rooms only, and it is at home in a living room, bedroom, hallway, landing or dining room. Because it sits so close to the wall, it suits narrow spaces where a deeper fitting would get in the way, such as a corridor or the wall beside a staircase. A pair either side of a bed gives a gentle, balanced light for winding down, and a row along a hallway wall makes a clean, modern feature. It runs from an ordinary on-off wall switch; it is not dimmable, so it is not one for a dimmer circuit. The pared-back cylinder and disc shape suits modern and minimalist homes.

The structure is iron, finished in matt black, and the cylinders are sandblasted acrylic, which diffuses the LED into a soft, frosted light. It carries a 5 year guarantee. As a mains fitting, it is for a qualified electrician to install. For styling, fit two or three in a column on a plain wall, or set one either side of a doorway; the matt black disc stands out crisply against pale plaster and warm white paint.
