Our Rectangular ceiling canopy is a low, flat plate that lets you hang a group of pendants from one fitting on the ceiling. It measures 42cm long and 25.2cm wide, and at just 3.7cm in height it sits close to the ceiling, leaving the eye free for the lights beneath it. Six pendant outlets are set in two neat rows of three, and it holds up to six pendants, each sold separately. It gives no light of its own: the pendants hung from it take their mains supply through it, and they are what light the room. We offer it in White, Black, Brushed Champagne, Matt Black, Brushed Bronze or Brushed Brass.

It works just as well above a sideboard in a living room, across a wide hallway or over a stairwell where you want several drops grouped together. It carries no IP rating, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.

The canopy is wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician. Its square edges and flat face keep the outline crisp and quiet against the ceiling. Because it is so shallow, it sits neatly on lower ceilings as well as tall ones, with the length of each pendant setting the height of the light.
