Description

The Radial is a round ceiling canopy in matt black with a driver built in. It is made to hold and power three or four pendants, each sold separately. It measures 24.5cm across and just 3.7cm tall, so it sits low and flat against the ceiling. It gives no light of its own. Its 12W driver takes the 230V mains supply and feeds the pendants hung from it at 24V DC, so those pendants need no separate driver of their own.

Gathering three or four pendants onto one ceiling point, the Radial suits a cluster over a dining table, a group in a hallway or stairwell, or a set hung above a sideboard in a living room. It carries no IP rating, so it is for dry rooms indoors only. When you choose the pendants, pick ones made to run at 24V DC, since that is what the canopy delivers to them. There is one more part to plan for. The accessory for hanging the electric cable is not included and is sold separately, so buy it alongside the canopy and the pendants to complete the fitting.
