The Overlay T25 Cognac Glass is a tiered table lamp from the Overlay range. Three shallow, cone-shaped shades stack one above another over a diffuser, held on a slim stem that flares out into a round disc base. It stands 50cm tall; the shade is 26.5cm across and 14.2cm tall, and the base is 20cm across, so it sits comfortably on a bedside table, a sideboard or a desk without crowding it. It comes in two finishes, Beige & Copper or Yellow & Grey & Beige, so you can pick the combination of tones that suits your room. Its light comes from a single G9 bulb.

It belongs in a bedroom or a living room. By the bed it gives you a lamp to read by, and at 50cm tall it is a good height for a bedside table or a dressing table. In a living room it works on a side table beside a sofa or reading chair, or on a sideboard or console where you want a pool of light in the evening. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, and it is an indoor lamp. It is not dimmable, so it gives one steady level of light; if you like to set the mood, pair it with other lamps around the room.

It runs on mains power. It needs one G9 bulb of up to 4W, which is sold separately and is what gives the lamp its light, so have one ready. It is a Class I fitting.
