Description

The Nans S/55 Outrack is a woven outdoor track pendant light with a wide, shallow cone shade, 55cm across and 12cm tall. It pairs a Brown structure with the Brown Shade (with Beige and Light Grey), woven from synthetic fibre, and a rounded white diffuser sits beneath the shade. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 8.6W and gives 624, 650 or 673 lumens depending on the version, with a CRI of 90, so food and faces look natural. We offer it in three colour temperatures: 2400K, 2700K or 3000K.

Rated IP54 and made for outdoor use, it belongs over a garden dining table, along a covered terrace or above a patio seating area, where the open weave lets the light through. It hangs on a suspension 200cm long. The pendant is part of the Outrack system and is powered from the mains through its track at 24V DC, so it needs two things, each sold separately: the Outrack track it fits, which holds the pendant and carries its power, and an Outrack 24V power supply for the track, which feeds that track from the mains. Without both, the pendant will not light.

The fitting is made from aluminium and synthetic fibre, and its IP54 rating means it is protected against dust and splashing water. That is why it can stay out on a terrace or patio. It is a Class III fitting, running at 24V DC. Choose 2400K for the warmest, most candle-like glow, 2700K for a classic warm white, or 3000K for a slightly crisper white that still feels warm. The track system is for a qualified electrician to install. Pick the colour temperature that suits how you like your evenings lit.
