Description

The Nans S/16 Outrack is a woven outdoor track pendant light from our Outrack range. Its shade is an open lattice of synthetic fibre in Beige Shade (with Light Blue and Light Grey), 16.5cm tall and 16.7cm across, hanging on a suspension length of 200cm. Inside is an integrated LED of 8.6W, so there is no bulb to buy or change, and a CRI of 90 keeps food, faces and planting looking true. It comes in three colour temperatures, 2400K, 2700K or 3000K, and its output is 327, 341 or 353 lumens, depending on the version.

Rated IP54, it is made for outdoor use, so it belongs over a covered terrace, under a pergola, above a patio table or along a garden dining area, at home or on a restaurant or hotel terrace. Its compact shade is small enough to hang low over a table for two, or to repeat along a longer table. It is a pendant for the Outrack system and does not work on its own. It needs the Outrack track it fits, sold separately, which holds the pendant and carries its power, and an Outrack 24V power supply for the track, sold separately, which feeds the track at 24V DC from the mains.

The fitting is made from stainless steel, aluminium and synthetic fibre, the fibre woven into the open lattice of the shade. It is a Class III fitting, powered at 24V DC through its track rather than straight from the mains. Pick the colour temperature to suit the setting: 2400K for the warmest, candle-like glow at dusk, 2700K for a soft warm white, or 3000K for a slightly crisper light over a table where you read menus or serve food. The Outrack track and its power supply are for a qualified electrician to install, so plan their position before the pendant goes up.
