Description

The Knightsbridge GDMICROSB is a replacement grid switch cover marked 'MICROWAVE' in raised lettering on a smoked bronze ABS and steel rocker. The cover clips onto standard Knightsbridge modular grid switches, replacing the blank rocker supplied with the switch mechanism to add appliance identification above a dedicated outlet.

Designed for kitchens where multiple appliances share a bank of grid switches, the marked cover allows users to identify which rocker controls the microwave without labelling or trial-and-error switching. The cover fits any Knightsbridge grid switch in the same product range, whether a 10A, 16A or 20A rocker. Installation requires no tools — the existing rocker pulls off and the new cover clips on in under ten seconds.

The smoked bronze finish is a dark warm metallic tone with a subtle brushed texture that pairs with bronze, brass and copper grid plates in the Knightsbridge range. The ABS body is reinforced with a steel internal frame to withstand repeated switching without warping. The cover fits all Knightsbridge grid rocker switches in the standard module size, including 10A, 16A and 20A switches. It is part of the interchangeable grid system, so any rocker can be swapped for any marked or unmarked cover in the range.

How is the cover fitted?

Pull the existing rocker cover off the switch mechanism and clip the new marked cover on in its place. No tools or re-wiring are required. The cover clips onto the same mounting points on the switch mechanism.
